This page explains the payment process, refund policy, relock warranty, and other important information related to the SIM Carrier Unlock Service for Mobile Phones or Other Unlock ALL* Unlock Related Service provided by Eazy Mobile Shop, Nepal. Please read carefully before placing an order.
1. Payments System
- We require full advance payment (100%) before starting any SIM carrier unlock service.
- No work will be initiated without successful payment confirmation.
- All prices are clearly communicated before payment. Once paid, the price cannot be changed. If the service price increases or decreases from the above source, then we’ll let you know about it and need to deal with it again.
- Payments are accepted through the available payment methods as informed by our support team.

2. Processing Time
- Unlock time varies depending on:
- Phone model
- Network carrier
- Country of origin
- Server availability
- The estimated time provided is approximate, not guaranteed. We will give you Approx time required to unlock your device, but in case there are some delays, then you have to wait till it completed or rejected from the above source. We will have discussion on this via conversation.
- Delays may occur due to carrier server issues or technical limitations so you have to understand before giving unlock orders.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds are handled strictly under the following conditions:
Refund Eligible:
- If we fail to unlock your device, and no solution is possible.
- If the order is cancelled by us due to technical reasons.
Refund Not Eligible:
- If the phone is already unlocked.
- If incorrect or incomplete device information (IMEI, model, carrier, country) is provided by the customer.
- If the unlock is successful (fully or partially).
- If a delay occurs, but the unlock is still completed.
- If the customer changes their mind after payment.
Refunds (if approved) will be processed using the original payment method and may take 1–72hour depending on the payment provider.
4. Relock Warranty
Relock Warranty Conditions:
- Warranty is valid for the specific period mentioned during the order.
- Warranty does not apply if:
- Phone is blacklisted after unlock, and the device gets relocked again.
- IMEI is changed or tampered with
- Unauthorized software or illegal modifications are made
- If you did a temporary unlock of (iPhone Chips / Gevy Sim / Rsim ) or Samsung or other Android device and we warned you not to perform “Hard Reset or OS Update.” Your Device will get relocked, and No warranty on that case. No refund Money.
5. Supported & Unsupported Devices
- We unlock only supported models and carriers.
- Some phones may be:
- Hard-locked
- Blacklisted
- Reported lost/stolen
Such devices may not be eligible for unlocking or refund.
6. Customer Responsibility
Customers must provide:
- Correct IMEI number
- Exact phone model
- Original carrier/network
- Country of purchase
We are not responsible for errors caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.
7. Legal Disclaimer
- Our service is intended for legal device owners only.
- The customer confirms that the phone is not stolen or involved in illegal activities.
- We are not responsible for any legal issues arising from the misuse of our service.
8. Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order and making payment, you confirm that:
- You have read and understood all policies
- You agree to our payment, refund, and warranty terms
- You accept that all services are provided on a best-effort basis
